The park fills a four-acre walled garden that once belonged to Camphill House, on the south bank of the River Teith a few miles outside Stirling. Around 90 hardstanding pitches suit caravans and motorhomes, and ten grass tent pitches sit just outside the wall, some with electric hook-ups. There are also two handmade shepherd huts, each sleeping two, with a kitchen, en-suite toilet and a free tent pitch alongside for extra people.
Woodland tracks run out from the site, there is a fenced dog-walking field, and a path through the trees leads to the Smiddy farm shop and cafe. The Safari Park is on the doorstep and guests pay for one admission and can visit as often as they like during their stay. The M9 is about five miles away, so it also works as a stopover on the way north. Facilities include a toilet and shower block, laundry, a small shop, a motorhome service point and a play area with a zip wire.
