This Caravan and Motorhome Club site sits inside the Royal Estate near West Newton and reopened in July 2025 after a redevelopment and expansion. It has 177 pitches, 148 of them hardstanding, including 12 camping pitches, plus 15 pods. Non-members can book, and it is open all year.
Waymarked nature trails and woodland paths lead through the estate to Sandringham House, and the Visitors' Centre has a tea room and gift shop. King's Lynn is about six miles away and Hunstanton's beaches are close. Glamping on site is booked separately through Experience Freedom, and a fish and chip van visits.
