Woodlands opened in 2010 on farmland south of Silverstone Circuit and runs only for race weekends: the Formula 1 British Grand Prix, MotoGP, WEC, BRDC Classic, BTCC and European Le Mans Series. It sits a short walk from Club Corner (Gates 14 and 15), and you buy a per-person ticket that covers the camping rather than paying per pitch. Tents go up in the lively fields near the entertainment area or the quieter family area by Gate 10, and there are paid electric, campervan and caravan options as well.
The F1 weekend is the big one, with a pub, live music stages, silent discos, a fairground, street food traders and a screen showing the race. Smaller events are quieter, with acoustic music and a food trader. Permanent toilets and hot showers are on site, along with water refill points and security. For F1 there is also a hotel-style bell tent camp with breakfast, power and its own toilets and café. Pets are not allowed, and there are no generators or glass.

MotoGP 2027 (Thu 12 to Mon 16 August): adult £93.81, child £35.51 including booking fee, four nights. WEC 2027 (Fri 23 to Mon 26 April): adult £45, child £10 plus booking fee, three nights. BRDC Classic 2027 (22 to 26 July) prices not yet released; BTCC 2026 was adult £45, child £10. Electric hook-up, campervan and glamping packages cost extra and are priced when booking.
