Red Bank Farm sits right on The Shore at Bolton-le-Sands, with six acres of gently sloping camping fields looking out over Morecambe Bay to the Lakeland hills. It won the AA's small campsite of the year award for 2021-22. Pitches are allocated when you book, using the site map, and there are standard grass pitches plus all-weather pitches with or without electric hook-up.

The farm runs its own cafe, serving breakfast and lunch from Tuesday to Sunday, and there is a pets' corner for children. Showers are free and hot, and there is a laundry, washing-up sinks and a freezer for ice packs. Dogs are allowed on a short lead and fire pits are fine if kept off the ground. Access is tight, so anything over 7m needs an experienced driver.
