Pease Bay sits right above the beach near Cockburnspath, on the Southern Upland Way, about 20 miles from Berwick and 21 from North Berwick. It is a static holiday park run by Verdant Leisure: you hire a caravan or a lodge rather than bringing a tent or tourer.

On site there is the Smugglers Bar and restaurant (with a dog-friendly area), a shop, a family room with entertainment in season, an outdoor play park and a Discovery Trail round the park. The sea is good for surfing and sea kayaking. The park is open all year.
