Par Sands is a Park Holidays site tucked behind the dunes at Par Beach with direct access to the sand, a few minutes from Fowey and the Eden Project area. It is mostly static caravan holidays and open all year.

On the park there is an indoor pool and steam room, a cafe, multi-sports court, tennis court, pitch and putt, play area, launderette, dog wash station and EV chargers, plus a wildlife lake where fishing is not allowed. The park is cashless.
