Ocean Heights is a fourteen-acre holiday park on a plateau just outside New Quay, looking out over the Ceredigion coast and countryside. It is run by Vale Holiday Parks and is about hired holiday homes: a range of static caravans from silver and gold up to platinum and diamond, plus diamond lodges. The page doesn't list touring or camping pitches here.

The park has a heated indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool that opens for the summer, a country club bar with limited hours out of season, an amusement arcade, a children's play area, a sports court, pool table and a barbecue area. Entertainment runs on Saturday nights in peak weeks and roughly fortnightly in quieter ones. Dogs are welcome in dog-friendly units and on short leads, but not in the indoor facilities. New Quay's beaches, harbour and dolphin boat trips are a few minutes away.
