New Beach is a big hire-caravan park on the Kent seafront by Dymchurch, near Hythe, Dungeness and Port Lympne. The accommodation is static holiday homes in a range of grades.

The activity centre and clubhouse run children's activities and live entertainment from March to October, there is a kids' club, an arcade and a new playground, and the heated indoor pool has adults-only swim times in the mornings. The Neptune Bar & Restaurant is open all year with a weekend carvery and a dog-friendly area, and there is a shop, takeaway and launderette.
