Lathe Barn is the Romney Marsh site of Fallow Fields Camping, a family business with a second campsite at Selson Farm near Sandwich. It sits near Burmarsh, about two miles inland from Dymchurch, with views over Lympne Castle and the hills, and the animals at Port Lympne audible from the field.

You can bring a tent or trailer tent to the car-free pitches, or book a furnished or part-furnished bell tent. Part-furnished tents take dogs; furnished ones do not. There is no electric hook-up, and caravans, motorhomes and campervans are not accepted here (campervans can go to Selson Farm).

The site has a new shower block, a camp shop with coffee and ice-block freezing, a bar, woodfired pizza nights, a play barn with soft play, a kids' cinema and a sauna in the woodland. It opens at weekends and school holidays from May to mid-September.
