Mersea Island Holiday Park is at the eastern end of the island beside Cudmore Grove Country Park, with its own private beach and slipway over the Blackwater Estuary. Most stays are in caravans, from comfort to luxury grades, plus a few themed models, and every home is listed as pet friendly.

In summer there is also a tent field: 10m by 10m pitches with up to six people included, use of the park facilities and a portable-toilet and shower block. Tourers, campervans and awnings are not accepted. On site are an indoor heated pool (booking required), the Muddy Duck clubhouse, a shop and an adventure playground.
