Leonards Cove sits on the cliff at Stoke Fleming, a few miles south of Dartmouth. The camping and touring fields have a long sea view and a gentle slope, with a small recreation field across the lane. There are 20 electric tent pitches and 9 electric tourer pitches, and vehicles are kept to the edge of the field. The walk to Blackpool Sands beach takes a few minutes.

The rest of the park is self-catering: lodges, two barn-conversion cottages, a farmhouse for ten, ten mobile homes, furnished bell tents and a yurt with its own hot tub. The park has a shop open alongside reception, a restaurant and bar, and takeaway food. Dogs are not accepted on camping or touring pitches, but some of the self-catering units take them.
