Fernlea is a small adults-only certificated site at the edge of Errol, on the flat farmland of the Carse of Gowrie between Perth and Dundee. There are five lawned pitches with gravel hardstanding, each with water and electric, and grey waste disposal beside the pitch. Behind the owners' garage there is a chemical toilet point with a rinsing tap.
In 2025 the owners added a glamping pod for two, with a king bed, a shower room, a full kitchen and a deck with a wood-fired hot tub. Errol's shop, pub, cafe and chip shop are within a mile, and the Tay riverbank walks and Sustrans route 77 are close by. The bus stops at the gate and the A90 is about a mile away.
