Balbirnie Park Club Campsite sits within 400 acres of parkland on the edge of Markinch in Fife. Pitches are split between open areas ringed by mature trees and shadier glades, and most of the 81 are hardstanding. There is room for tents too, with a handful of camping pitches, and rigs up to 8.5m long.

Markinch's shops, pubs and cafes are a short walk away, and the station, 15 minutes on foot, has direct trains to Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth. The bus stops outside the gate. Fife's east neuk beaches, Falkland Palace and the Lomond Hills are all a short drive. Dogs are welcome and there is plenty of open space and woodland to walk them. Non-members can book.
