Woodland Waters is a 72-acre wooded valley outside Ancaster in Lincolnshire, built around five fishing lakes. The touring field looks over the biggest lake, a 14-acre specimen water, and has electric and non-electric pitches for caravans and motorhomes, two amenity blocks with laundry and disabled facilities, a play area and woodland paths. There is also a separate rally field. Tents, trailer tents and roof-box tents have not been accepted since 2018.

Away from the touring field you can stay in Lakeview or Woodview lodges, or in king-bed rooms in the main building. The restaurant and bar overlook the lake. Weddings and events happen on summer weekends, so ask for a pitch away from the bar if you want quiet. Fire pits are not allowed, dogs are welcome on a short lead, and ANPR cameras log vehicles at the gate.

Prices

Prices are shown only in the online booking system. A 10 pound deposit is taken at booking and the balance is due two weeks before arrival. Bank holidays have a three-night minimum. Stays on 7 November 2026 carry an extra 8 pound per person for the bonfire and fireworks night.
