Tregoad sits in a valley above St Martin, a short drive from Looe and Polperro. It is a self-catering park: you book a grade of holiday home rather than a touring pitch, from classic caravans up through superior, deluxe and signature models to luxury lodges with hot tubs and a handful of farm cottages. The big Manor House sleeps up to 18.

On site there is a heated indoor pool with a sauna and steam room (sessions are booked through the park app), the Stargazy Bar and Grill, a soft play barn, an outdoor play area, two fishing lakes and woodland trails. Dogs are welcome in designated homes and in the bar, and there is a dog agility course and a walking trail around the lakes. Tregoad belongs to the Waterside Holiday Group, which also runs three parks in Dorset.
