A spacious, mostly level grass-only Club site on the Suffolk coast, around a mile from Kessingland's sand and shingle beach and right next to the Africa Alive wildlife park. It is reached down the park's shared driveway.

Pitches are grass, with or without electric, plus larger grass pitches with electric. There is a children's play area, a small shop, washing machines, a family shower room and a motorhome service point. The ground is hard but drains well, wind turbines next door can be heard and TV signal is poor. Dogs are not allowed on the shingle beach in the Southwold direction.
