Kelynack sits beside a stream in Cot Valley, about a mile from the Penwith coast and the Land's End side of Cornwall. It is a small family park rather than a big resort: 42 pitches for tents, tourers and motorhomes, all with hook-up, plus a fleet of static holiday caravans graded from Bronze to Diamond, and three en-suite rooms in a converted dairy.
Campers pay per person rather than per pitch. There is a small shop, a launderette, separate accessible toilets, a gazebo for cooking in wet weather, free wifi, an EV fast charger and a play area. Children can feed the donkeys. Dogs are welcome on leads for a small nightly charge and should be exercised off the park.

Touring prices are per person per night, from the homepage (the downloadable touring PDF is an image and was not read). Caravan prices are the 2026 weekly tariff PDF; short breaks of 3+ nights are a fifth of the weekly price per night. Old Dairy rooms cost less per night for longer stays (2 nights £90 a night, 3 nights £80). Caravan prices include gas, electricity and wifi.
