Crows Nest is a family-run holiday park just off the A165 at Gristhorpe, about five miles south of Scarborough and two and a half north of Filey. Most of it is hire and owned static caravans, but there is a separate camping field at the top of the park looking over Gristhorpe Bay towards Scarborough. You pick your own spot on the grass, and the tent area is fenced from the cliff top.
Tourers and motorhomes go on gravel all-weather pitches with their own water, waste and TV hook-up, split into an upper and a lower area. Electric tent pitches are marked out with a 16A hook-up and a 7m size limit. The tent field sits near the amenity block, the dog park and the children's play area.
The park has a heated indoor pool (extra charge, Easter to end of September), family bar with entertainment, lounge bar, fish and chip shop and a supermarket, though some of these close in early and late season. Dogs are welcome on pitches at no charge and must be on a lead. Groups of three or more same-gender adults are not accepted. Operated by Crows Nest Holidays, who also run Lebberston and Jasmine Park nearby.
