Wyndham is a small clifftop park above East Runton beach, with Cromer Pier in view and Cromer town about fifteen minutes away on foot. Most of the caravans are privately owned, but ten are in the hire fleet: nine two-bedroom homes that sleep up to six and one three-bedroom home. All are double glazed with gas central heating, a kitchen, shower room and TV, and door-side parking for one car.

There are no pubs or clubs on the park. It has a fenced wooden play area, a token-operated laundry and a cliff-top dog walking area. Four of the hire homes accept pets for a fee. You need to bring all your bedding, as only mattress protectors are provided. Bookings are by phone or email; the park is open from 20 March to 31 October.

Prices are based on two adults sharing. Extra adults are £35 each per week; children under 14 stay free with an adult. Pets £75 per stay in the four pet-friendly homes. Extra cars £10.
