Manor Farm is a working farm on the edge of East Runton, a short walk from Cromer, and the family has run the camping side for over 50 years. There are three grass fields. Byworth Meadow is terraced with 60 level electric pitches looking out to sea and takes caravans, motorhomes and campervans only. Marl Pit Field and Moll's Meadow take tents as well, with numbered electric pitches and a free-choice area for everyone else.
Six amenity blocks, two per field, have free hot water, roomy showers and washing-up sinks, and most have an accessible family shower room. Each field has a laundry room, and there are play areas, a ball games field and a drive-over grey waste point for motorhomes. Dogs are welcome in Byworth and Moll's Meadow but Marl Pit Field is dog free. A branch railway line runs through the farm, noticeable only on parts of Byworth Meadow. Fire pits and barbecues are fine if raised off the ground. The site closes from November to March.

- One dog-free field and two dog-friendly fields
