Troopers View is a seasonal pop-up campsite on West Court Farm, on the Limerstone Road just outside Shorwell, open through the school summer holidays. The field looks across to the Shorwell Downs within the National Landscape, and campers choose any free spot on arrival; the field slopes a little, with flatter ground at the top and bottom, and can be breezy.

Facilities are simple: portable toilets, showers, a washing-up point and drinking water, with your car parked by your pitch. Alongside the grass pitches for tents and motorhomes there are bell tents for up to eight (bring your own bedding). Shorwell's pub and village shop are about ten minutes' walk away, Brighstone has cafes and bike hire, and buses stop at the site entrance.
