The Nurseries sits at the end of Coots Lane in the village of Mumby, surrounded by farmland and a few minutes from Alford, Sutton on Sea and Chapel St Leonards. It is run as an adults-only park, with about 30 serviced pitches for caravans and motorhomes with room for awnings, plus a few small tent pitches and glamping pods.
Pitches have hardstanding or grass with water and drainage hook-ups, and the site has a toilet block, showers, a launderette, a drying room and a washing-up area. There is a small cafe and shop for basics. The four tent pitches are a short carry from the parking area, so they suit smaller tents under 6 metres. Electric cars cannot be charged on site. The same family also lets a holiday cottage with a hot tub from Mumby.
