The Elms is a family-run caravan park in the Lincolnshire coastal village of Addlethorpe, about a mile from Ingoldmells and 4.5 miles from Skegness. Touring pitches are all fully serviced, with a tap and drain on each. Four facility blocks, accessible wet rooms and a laundry room serve the site.

Two stocked fishing lakes hold carp, tench, roach and rudd, with day permits from the office, and there is a marked walk around the grounds for dogs on leads. Much of the park is given over to seasonal holiday homes and caravan sales, so it is quieter and more residential than a typical seaside holiday park. Tents are only taken by phone arrangement, as space for them is limited.
