Stubcroft sits in level, hedged paddocks among arable fields near Chichester Harbour, with Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering within walking distance. Pitches are grass in several fields, from small backpacker plots to large electric pitches, plus a handful of all-weather hardstandings that keep the site usable through winter.

The amenity block was built in 2016 with solar hot water, underfloor heating, family rooms, laundry, charging lockers and a campers' fridge-freezer. There is a well-stocked shop with a patio for coffee, a pizza night on summer Fridays, and a shepherd's hut cafe and bar. Campfires and barbecues are allowed in raised fire baskets, which can be hired.

The farm has plenty of wildlife, quiet lanes for cycling to the harbour and the Salterns Way, and a green discount for anyone arriving by bike, on foot, by public transport or in an electric car.
