Somers Wood is a small woodland touring park run by the Fowler family on the Packington Estate, a mile from Meriden village and close to the NEC and Resorts World. It takes touring caravans, motorhomes, fifth wheelers, folding campers and trailer tents, but not frame tents. Everyone on site, including visitors, has to be 18 or over.

There are 48 hardstanding pitches, all with 10A hook-up, and 19 of them are fully serviced with their own water tap and grey drain. The heated shower block has private cubicles, there is a separate accessible suite, plus covered washing-up sinks and a laundry. Next door are a golf course with a clubhouse, an adventure golf course and the estate's coarse fishing lakes. Quiet, well-behaved dogs are welcome on a short lead. Campfires and fire pits are not allowed.
