Maddybenny is a working farm and riding yard on the Loguestown Road, roughly midway between Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine. The campsite has been going since 2013, with 12 gravel and 12 grass pitches for tents, tourers and motorhomes, and electric hook-up on 17 of them. You can see Portrush from the field, and the farm has horses, cows, a donkey, poultry and a couple of peacocks.
Facilities are simple: separate men's and women's shower blocks with free showers, an accessible toilet and shower, a utility room for washing up with a guest fridge-freezer, chemical toilet disposal and a small play area. There is no laundry on site. The same farm lets cottages, a loft apartment and a garden cottage if you want a roof.
