Fairway is a privately run caravan and lodge park on the north-western edge of Sandown, next to the town's golf course and about a 25-minute walk from Sandown beach. It is mainly an ownership park selling holiday homes, with some caravans let to holidaymakers by their owners through holiday-let agencies.

The park has a heated outdoor swimming pool, a clubhouse with summer entertainment, a bar and restaurant, a laundry and a shop. There are no touring or tent pitches.
