Southland is the Caravan and Motorhome Club's site on the Isle of Wight, set on flat, well-drained meadow on the edge of Newchurch in the Arreton Valley. Hedges and trees break the field into quieter pockets, and there is a large playground for children. Non-members are welcome.

Sandown and Shanklin beaches are about three miles away, Newchurch village and its pub are a few minutes' walk, and buses run from the nearby zoo stop. Alongside 147 touring pitches (42 hardstanding) the site has a handful of tent pitches and safari tents run by the Club's Experience Freedom glamping brand.
