Downsview sits in the hamlet of Bierley, on the high ground above Niton and about a mile from the south coast. Half an acre of a five-acre plot holds five level 8m by 8m hardstandings, each with its own metered electric, water tap and grey-water drain, so it suits motorhomes and caravans that like a tidy, serviced pitch.

Footpaths lead straight off the site, and Niton village with its shop, post office, cafe, pub and pharmacy is under a mile away. St Catherine's, Steephill Cove, Compton Bay and the Needles are all within easy reach by car. Adults only; dogs are welcome but must be tethered on site.
