Aden Caravan & Camping sits at the entrance to Aden Country Park, a 230-acre green space with a farming museum, cafe, trails and a dog exercise area, a short way from Mintlaw in Buchan. The site is run by Buchan Development Initiative and has 21 serviced touring pitches with hook-up, a separate field of ten tent pitches with no electric, three glamping pods, one hire static and some seasonal pitches.

The amenity block was refurbished in 2024 and has plenty of showers and toilets, baby changing and an accessible room. There is a laundry with a book swap, a small play area, a chemical disposal point and grey-water drain, and free basic wifi across the park. Reception sells ice creams and gas bottles.

The Formartine and Buchan Way and Pitfour Estate are easy to reach on foot or bike, and the Country Park Inn is a five-minute walk. Open fires are banned, and the gates are shut between 10pm and 7.30am.

Touring pitches include up to 2 people. Tent prices depend on tent size; children under 16 are free on tent pitches. Stay Tuesday to Thursday nights in low season and pay for two nights (not combinable with a longer stay). Hire caravan high season runs 1 July to 31 August with weekly Saturday bookings.
